The Mount Lawley Senior High School Music Department is excited to announce its annual Concert Series, hosted at the Tricycle Theatre. This series of nine concerts is a celebration highlighting the exceptional talents and growth of our gifted music students.
These concerts span a range of genres, ensuring family-friendly performances that are perfect for music enthusiasts and supporters of young talent alike. From classical to contemporary, jazz to Australian compositions, our ensembles will impress audiences with their diverse and dynamic shows.
The first concert in the series features Concert Band 2 (Thursday Morning Band) along with soloists. These concerts are not just a showcase of talent; they provide our students with a valuable opportunity to practice their ensemble pieces before a supportive audience. This preparation is vital as they get ready for their performances at the prestigious Western Australian Schools' Festivals.
