Visit From Australia's Chief Justice
On Tuesday, 21 April 2015, the Chief Justice of Australia, the Hon Robert French, AC visited the school.
This was his second visit since his appointment and His Honour met with the Year 12 Mock Trial Team.
He talked to them about their future aspirations and the conduct of a trial.
The team is seeking to be the first one to win this competition three years in a row - a most worthy achievement if done.
He also spoke to the Years 11/12 Political and Legal Studies classes where he focussed on the Constitution and the role of the High Court.
His Honour presented a boxed copy of the Constitution to the school, to which he added a personal comment.
His visit is very much appreciated, especially given his demanding diary schedule.
